We're enjoying some wonderful Autumn weather at the moment with warm temperatures. The drawback of this, if it can be a drawback, is that things in the garden are just a bit confused.
A couple of days ago I noticed a little house martin had taken up residence in one of the abandoned nests attatched to the front of our house. What he thinks he's doing there is anyone's guess? I hope he didn't miss his chance to fly away with his friends as he'll find it a bit chilly later on when winter finally does come.
That wasn't the only odd thing though, the oddest has to be the spring flowering plants which have come to life and started to flower. I had to take a picture of a lupin flowering next to the asters. Amazing!
I thought I'd do a journal page using the photo and as the theme this week on
Wednesday Stampers is to use purple, it fitted perfectly. The title has been stamped believe it or not by my own hand made stamps. I cut the font from craft foam using my Sizzix and they made fabulous stamps.
